Abstract: MFS Group's CRM system used to consist of a mixture Goldmine, Access and Excel.  When a new CIO was appointed one of his primary goals was to consolidate their data into a single system.  The keys to the success of the project were threefold:  defining requirements, choosing the right people to work on the project and picking the right product and vendor - Axcess Consulting Group and ARM
