Axcess Personnel

Axcess Consulting Group personnel have extensive experience in both the Financial Services industry as well as with Axcess Relationship Manager (ARM). All of the technical personnel have been associated with product for at least 5 years, and the original architects of ARMnet are in fact members of the current Axcess Management Team.

Ivan Colak – Director of Information and Technology
Bachelor of Computing and Commerce

With 20 years of IT experience, Ivan has specialized in the Banking and Finance industry and was the senior architect of the ARM product. Ivan has worked on the continual development of ARM since its inception in 1995.

Kelvin Poole – Director Sales and Marketing

With over 40 years experience in lending and Banking, Kelvin has held numerous management positions with State Bank Victoria and the Farrow Corporation. Kelvin’s lending experience played a significant role in the initial development of the ARM product.

Michael Herring – Director Finance and Administration
Bachelor of Commerce (Acct). Post Graduate in Applied Information Systems.

Michael’s 20 years in the Banking and Finance industry has seen him undertake roles in both commercial and consumer lending, as well as auditing for ANZ. Most recently Michael was General Manager Baycorp Advantage Decision Solutions Pty Ltd prior to becoming a director at Axcess Consulting Group.

Michael is also a Senior Member of the Institute of Banking and Finance, a Member of the National Institute of Accountants, and a Member of the Project Management Institute.

Laurie Atkinson – Director Client Services

Laurie has over 20 years experience in the IT industry both in Australia and the UK. In the last 9 years, Laurie has specialised in the financial software industry and played a leading role in the design and implementation of the ARM product.
