ARM User Group Conferences
As part of our continual support and customer care, Axcess Consulting Group run ARM User Group Conferences for our registered licence holders. User Group sessions have been run half yearly in the second and fourth quarters and are currently held in both Sydney and Melbourne. The conferences act as a forum for our users to keep up to speed with the latest product developments, receive some product training and for delegates to network with other users and share knowledge and experience.
Most importantly for Axcess, these conferences provide us with the ability to meet and interact with our users, and ensure a personal connection with the people behind the product. These seminars are free for users to attend as a value add to the support and maintenance agreement, and have always been well received by all who attend.
